Rates

We use the same rates in the high and the low seasons, because we believe that we are offering the same service regardless of seasonal changes in the demand for rooms in Copenhagen. We charge a slightly higher price for one-night stays than longer stays as one-stays require more frequent cleaning of the room and change of bedlinnen and towels.

One Night Stay:

Single Room - DKK 650

Double Room - DKK 750

Triple Room - DKK 900

More Than One Night:

Single Room - DKK 600

Double Room - DKK 700

Triple Room - DKK 850

Check In: 12PM - 6PM / Check Out: 11AM

Payment via Cash, Mobilepay (for guests residing in Denmark ), or Bank Transfer (kindly contact the hosts).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. How is payment made at Royaltybed Guest House?

Reservation is made with credit card details or bank transfer. We prefer payment in cash (either DKK or EUR) which must be made upon arrival. We also accept mobilepay (for guests residing in Denmark) and bank transfer (please contact us for details in this regard).

Q. When are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 13:00 - 18:00. Check-out: Until 11:00. When booking kindly provide your contact details in your confirmation. Kindly let Royaltybed Copenhagen know about your expected arrival time in advance.

Q. Do I have to pay if I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations can be made 2 weeks before arrival free of charge. Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the price. Cancellations made within 1 week before arrival and no-shows are charged 100% of the price.

Q. Are children welcome at Royaltybed Guest House?

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged DKK 200 per person per night when using existing beds.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Q. Do you allow pets on the premises?

Pets - for instance dogs - are not allowed.
